Mix Sprouts Tikki

It is a healthy shallow fried cutlets, vegan, no onion no garlic recipe, great finger food for kids. It can be kept inside a burger bun or eaten as it is with tomato ketchup.

Ingredients:-

Moong sprouts 1 tablespoon
Green peas 1 tablespoon
Chickpea 1 tablespoon
3 boiled potatoes
Salt as taste
Red chili powder 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
Green chili no 2 chopped
Fresh coriander leaves chopped
Oil for shallow fry
1 beaten egg

Method:-

Boil sprouts for 3 to 4 minutes
Mix all ingredients except oil n egg
Make balls and press it with the help of palm shape round to the mixture balls.
Heat oil in nonstick pan deep tikkis in egg n shallow fry all tikkis from both side
Serve hot with chutney
