Mutton chap fry/ Mutton chop fry

Chaap Fry Recipe - Mutton chops cooked in aromatic spices, dipped in egg batter and breadcrumbs and deep fried.

Ingredients
500gm Mutton chops
2 beaten eggs
1 cup breadcrumb
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
Salt as per taste
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 teaspoon coriander  powder
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
2 cups water
1 pinch chat masala
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Oil required for fry

Method
Mix ingredients mutton chop, water, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, garam masala powder bring it to boil till water dry.

Heat oil in deep wok, coat each mutton chop  with eggs n breadcrumbs
Put it in heated oil n fry till it become brown in color, replace it in paper towel.

Serve hot with salad and green chutney.

Garnish coriander leaves and sprinkle chat masala on fried mutton chops.
