Sooji appe dahi wade
I didn't fry vade in oil I just make it in appam pan and i used sweet chutney which I made for aloo chat take a look in next
Ingredients
1 cup roasted semolina
1 cup curd
1 1/2 cup fresh sweet curd (added sugar)
1 finely chopped green chill
Salt to taste
15 no raisins
Sweet syrup or chutney for garnishing
Green chutney for garnishing
Chat masala for sprinkle
Roasted cumin powder for sprinkle
Fresh chopped coriander leaves for garnishing
2 tablespoons oil
Method for sooji vade
Take a bowl add semolina, curd, green chili and salt mix well n keep aside 15minutes for fermation
Take appam pan on heat drop some oil in each
Put suji mixture in it n press raisins in between of mixture, cover the lid n cook it on low flame for 5 to 7 mins from the sides
Put it in water for minute n take out n remove extra water by pressing in between of palm
Set it on plate
Pour sweet curd, sprinkle green chutney and sweet chutney on the top of vada
Sprinkle chat masala, cumin powder n garnish with coriander leaves
Serve n enjoy sooji appe dahi vada
Method or sweet chutney:-
Ingredients:-
1 cup tomato hot n sweet ketchup
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon fennel powder
1 tablespoon mango powder
1/2 teaspoon black salt
Method:-
Heat another deep pan add sugar n water cook it for 3 minutes on medium flame
Add ketchup, cumin powder, fennel powder, mango powder, black salt and mix well, cook for 5minutes on low medium flame till the syrup get shiny
