Matar k theple

Ingredients:-

2 cup boiled green peas
2 1/2 cup wheat flour
1 inch ginger
4 green chillies
1 teaspoon carom seeds
Salt as required
Water as required
Oil for applying

Method:-

Grind green peas, ginger and green chillies into fine paste
Take all ingredients together in large bowl and make soft dough
Take small portion ball from dough roll it into six inch diameter disc. Heat a non-stick tawa. Put the matar thepla on the tawa and cook on both sides by smearing it with oil till done. Serve hot with curd/pickle
