Kajur gud ka rasgulla
This is really so easy to make real bengali khajur gud ka rasgulla
Ingredients:-
1 cup Paneer
1 tablespoon All purpose flour
1 1/2 cup dates Jaggery
3 cup water
1⁄2 Cup sugar
Pistachio for garnishing
Method:-
First rub the paneer for 10 minute. Then add all purpose flour and again rub it well.
Now make even sized balls with the mixture and set aside.
Take 3 cup of water in pressure cooker and add jaggery and sugar . Let it boil for 7 minute. After 7 minute add paneer balls in to it and let it cook for another 7 minutes.
Allow the pressure cooker to cool and your Jaggery rosgulla is ready to serve. You can refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving,Can be served hot or chilled
Garnish with chopped pistachio
