Sticky Garlicky Honey Chicken This is an easy and quick recipe Chicken served by people in many way Here I prepared sticky garlicky honey chicken in my own way Chicken cooked with heavy amount of garlic n honey Ingredients:- 500gm chicken wash n clean 15 cloves chopped garlic 1/2 cup honey 1/2 cup dark soy sauce Salt a pinch 1 tablespoon chilli flakes 1 teaspoon sesame seeds 1 spring onion chopped 1 tablespoon cooking oil Method:- In the large mixing bowl mix all ingredients well (chicken, salt, garlic, honey and dark soy sauce), refrigerate it for 6 hours or overnight Heat oil in pan n cook from all the sides till the chicken done, take it out in plate Pour remaining marinated mixture in same pan n cook it for minute in high medium flame At the same time add cooked chicken in sauce, cover the lid n cook for 3minutes on low flame In between check the chicken do not get burn Serve hot n garnish with sesame seeds and spring onion

Butter Chicken This is an easy and quick recipe in my style, chicken served by people in many way. I prepared Butter Chicken in my own way Boneless chicken cooked in tandoori masala  with butter, aromatic Indian spices and cream The ingredients required:- 700 gm breast chicken in medium size pieces 100gm amul butter 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste  1 teaspoon tandoori masala powder 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder  1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder 1/2 kg tomato puree ( boiled for 2mins n peel the skin) 1 tsp red chili powder 4 green cardamom 1 mace Salt to taste  100 gm fresh cream (optional) 4 green chillies, sliced 1/2 tsp kasuri methi 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves Method:- In a mixing bowl, mix tandoori masala powder, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste and salt Add the raw chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well. Bread 🍞 sandwich bites I m loving it Ingredients:- 6 breads (cut into round shape with the help of cookies cutter) Potato boiled cut into round shape Cucumber cut into round shape Tomato cut into round shape Sandwich mayonnaise Green chutney Sweet chutney Amul butter 1 tablespoon Sev for garnishing 6 toothpicks Method:- Heat butter n shallow fry all breads from both 🙌 the sides Apply mayonnaise set potato, tomato n cucumber use toothpick in each bread sandwich bites (shown in pic) Put green chutney and sweet chutney on top of sandwich Garnish with sev n enjoy

White Cream Chicken

White Cream Chicken This is an easy and quick recipe in my style, chicken served by people in many way, my thought is always to do different different works for cooking in the kitchen so here m going to show you how to prepare  White Cream Chicken  Ingredients:- 750gm wash n clean Chicken 2 cup curd salt as req 1 teaspoon white pepper powder 6 green chili slit 4 large onion fine paste 1 1/2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste 1 amul fresh cream packet 8 no cashewnuts (soak n grind into fine paste) 2tablespoons fresh chopped Coriander for garnishing 1 tablespoon kasuri methi 2 green cardamom 5 black pepper 3 cloves 1 stick Cinnamon 1 bayleaf 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 2 tablespoons cooking oil Method:- Marinate chicken with curd, ginger garlic paste, salt, white pepper powder and 2 green chilies refrigerate for an hour Heat oil in wok add bayleaf, cloves, green cardamom, black pepper, cinnamon and cumin seeds when the color change Add onion paste n saute till the ...

Kajur gud ka rasgulla

This is really so easy to make real bengali khajur gud ka rasgulla Ingredients:- 1 cup Paneer 1 tablespoon All purpose flour 1 1/2 cup dates Jaggery 3 cup water 1⁄2 Cup sugar Pistachio for garnishing Method:- First rub the paneer for 10 minute. Then add all purpose flour and again rub it well. Now make even sized balls with the mixture and set aside. Take 3 cup of water in pressure cooker and add jaggery and sugar . Let it boil for 7 minute. After 7 minute add paneer balls in to it and let it cook for another 7 minutes. Allow the pressure cooker to cool and your Jaggery rosgulla is ready to serve. You can refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving,Can be served hot or chilled Garnish with chopped pistachio

Sooji appe dahi wade I didn't fry vade in oil I just make it in appam pan and i used sweet chutney which I made for aloo chat take a look in next Ingredients 1 cup roasted semolina 1 cup curd 1 1/2 cup fresh sweet curd (added sugar) 1 finely chopped green chill Salt to taste 15 no raisins Sweet syrup or chutney for garnishing Green chutney for garnishing Chat masala for sprinkle Roasted cumin powder for sprinkle Fresh chopped coriander leaves for garnishing 2 tablespoons oil Method for sooji vade Take a bowl add semolina, curd, green chili and salt mix well n keep aside 15minutes for fermation Take appam pan on heat drop some oil in each Put suji mixture in it n press raisins in between of mixture, cover the lid n cook it on low flame for 5 to 7 mins from the sides Put it in water for minute n take out n remove extra water by pressing in between of palm Set it on plate Pour sweet curd, sprinkle green chutney and sweet chutney on the top of vada Sprinkle chat...

Aloo Chat in new style, i used tomato ketchup for syrup Recipe of Aloo chat:- 2 large potato cut into 2inch pieces 1 cup sugar+ 1 1/2 cup water 1 cup tomato hot n sweet ketchup 1 teaspoon cumin powder 1 teaspoon fennel powder 1 tablespoon mango powder 1/2 teaspoon black salt 1 tablespoon chopped Coriander leaves 1 tablespoon thin sev Oil for fry Method:- Heat oil in wok fry all pototo pieces until turn into soft Heat another deep pan add sugar n water cook it for 3 minutes on medium flame Add ketchup, cumin powder, fennel powder, mango powder, black salt and mix well, cook for 5minutes on low flame till the syrup get shiny Take it in plate pour syrup n mix well Garnish with coriander leaves n sev Sprinkle pinch of cumin powder Enjoy aloo chat

Garlic Cheese Disc Ingredients 4 bread slice (cut into round shape) 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion 1 green chilli finely chopped (optional) 1/2 cup grated cheese 2 tablespoon butter Method Roast bread 🍞 from 1 side Heat butter in nonstick pan add garlic put the other sides of bread on it Turn the bread put onion, coriander, green chili n grated cheese cover the lid n cook it for few minutes on low flame Serve with tomat 🍅 ketchup

Matar k theple Ingredients:- 2 cup boiled green peas 2 1/2 cup wheat flour 1 inch ginger 4 green chillies 1 teaspoon carom seeds Salt as required Water as required Oil for applying Method:- Grind green peas, ginger and green chillies into fine paste Take all ingredients together in large bowl and make soft dough Take small portion ball from dough roll it into six inch diameter disc. Heat a non-stick tawa. Put the matar thepla on the tawa and cook on both sides by smearing it with oil till done. Serve hot with curd/ pickle

Momos chutney Ingredients:- 2 large tomato ( cut into 4 pieces) 1lp0 dried red chilli 10 garlic pods Salt as required 1 teaspoon vinegar(optional) 1 1/2 cup water Method:- Take wok add dried red chilies n tomatoes boil it for 3minutes, remove remaining water and remove the skin of tomato Mix all ingredients in grinder make fine paste Ready to serve

Ratlami Sev Poha Try this I m sure u will definitely like it Preparation- 5mins Serve - 3people Ingredients:- 2 cup thick poha 1 cup ratlami sev 1 tablespoon chat sev for garnishing 1 tablespoon roasted gram dal 1 teaspoon mustard seeds 1 onion roughly chopped 2 to 3 no green chili roughly chopped 1 strip curry leaves 1 tablespoon roughly chopped coriander leaves Salt as required 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 2 tablespoons oil 1 Lemon Method:- Heat oil in wok  add mustard seeds n let them crackle then add curry leaves, green chili,  roasted gram dal mix well Add onion saute for minute Add turmeric, salt n mix well Add poha n mix well till the mixture applied on poha very well Add coriander leaves, ratlami sev mix well Serve hot n garnish with chat sev n lemon

Soya Chunks Chilli Prep Time : 16-20 minutes Cook time : 26-30 minutes Serve : 4 Level Of Cooking : Moderate Taste : Mild Ingredients:- Soya bean chunks soaked for 10-15 minutes drained and halved 100 grams Green chillies slit 3 Dried red chillies seeded and sliced 2 Sesame oil (til oil) 2 tablespoons Ginger finely chopped 1 tablespoon Garlic finely chopped 1 tablespoon Onion diced 1 medium Green capsicum diced 1 medium Dark soy sauce 2 1/2 tablespoons Red chilli sauce 1 tablespoon Tomato ketchup 2 tablespoons (optional) Method:- Step 1 Heat sesame oil in a non-stick pan, add ginger and garlic and sauté for a minute. Step 2 Add red chillies and sauté for half a minute. Add onion and sauté till translucent. Step 3 Add capsicum and green chillies and sauté for a minute.
