Gobi Fried Rice Ingredients:- Rice – 1 Cup Gobi or Cauliflower- 1 Capsicum 1 cut into cubes Rice Flour – 2 tsp Corn Flour – 2 tsp Maida / All Purpose Flour – 2tblespoon Salt to taste Red Food Color – a pinch Chopped Onion – 1 Ginger Garlic Paste – 1/4 tsp Chopped Green Chillies – 2 Red Chlli Powder – 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp Garam Masala Powder – 1/4 tsp Chopped Coriander leaves Oil 2 tablespoons Time to Prepare: 30 mins How to Make Gobi Fried Rice: Cut the Gobi or cauliflower into medium sized florets.
