Gobhi Fried Rice

Gobi Fried Rice Ingredients:- Rice – 1 Cup Gobi or Cauliflower- 1 Capsicum 1 cut into cubes Rice Flour – 2 tsp Corn Flour – 2 tsp Maida / All Purpose Flour – 2tblespoon Salt to taste Red Food Color – a pinch Chopped  Onion – 1 Ginger Garlic Paste – 1/4 tsp Chopped Green Chillies – 2 Red Chlli Powder – 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp Garam Masala Powder – 1/4 tsp Chopped Coriander leaves Oil 2 tablespoons Time to Prepare: 30 mins How to Make Gobi Fried Rice: Cut the Gobi or cauliflower into medium sized florets. Boil the cauliflower florets in little salt and water for minute  This is to ensure that florets are disinfected from germs or bacteria. Mint Leftover Roti Chila

I had 6 to 7 leftover Roti's so how to finish dis m thinking den I got an idea to makeover this Roti's in my way so here I present my mint leftover roti chila Ingredients;- 3 to 4 leftover rotis 2 tablespoons gramflour 1 onion finely chopped 1 green chili chopped 1 teaspoon coriander leaves chopped 1 teaspoon mint chutney Salt a pinch Red chili powder Method:- Make thick batter take gramflour  tablespoons, chopped onion, chopped green chili, chopped coriander leaves, salt, if u have green chutney so u can add chutney to make chila green in color(I used mint chutney) Take roti n apply 1 tablespoon mixture on 1 side of roti Heat pan n drop some cooking oil cook  that mixture side on pan, cook well till  the mixture get crunchy Serve hot with tomato ketchup Ready to eat

Masala Boti Fry

Masala Boti Fry Recipe Ingredients:- 250gm boneless meat 1 large onion sliced 1 teaspoon garlic n ginger paste 6 7 black pepper 1 stick cinnamon 3 cloves 3 green cardamom Salt to tast 1/2 teaspoon red chilly powder 1/4 teaspoon all spices powder 1 teaspoon mutton masala powder 4 tablespoon cooking oil 1 cup water 1 tablespoon lemon juice Chopped fresh coriander leaves for garnishing Method Mainate meat with salt, red chilly powder, mutton masala powder, all spices powder n lemon Heat oil add cinnamon, black pepper, green cardamom, cloves let them splutter Add onion n saute till it become pink Add ginger garlic paste n saute for 2min Add marinated meat in it n mix it well add water Cover lid n let it cook on medium flame for 20minutes in between keep stirring it Check the all masalas will be dry n meat have to cook well till meat is soft Serve in plate n sprinkle coriander on it Ready to eat

Potato Honey chili

Potato Honey Chilly Ingredients:- French fries 18 20 slices fried in oil 4 green chilly length slice 1 medium onion in cubes 2 tablespoons tomato ketchup 1 tablespoons garlic sauce 1 tablespoons chilly sauce 1 teaspoon vinegar sauce 3 tablespoons honey salt to taste oil 2 tablespoons sesame seeds for garnishing Method:- Take wok n heat oil Saute onion n green chillies for minute on high flame Add salt n all sauces mix it well Now add fried french fries mix it well n cook till sauces get little dry Serve in plate n garnish with sesame seeds

Chana Dal Wada

Chana Dal Wada Recipe Ingredients:- 2 cups of gram dal soak 4hours n grind into course 3 chopped chillies 1 large onion finely chopped salt to taste 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves 2 pinch of ajwain oil for deep fry Method:- mix all ingredients well heat oil wet your palm with water take balls of mixture n lightly press it in between your palm dip wada 1 by 1 in heated oil on low flame first fry for 5 min and then fry it on high flame for 2 mins till your chana dal wada become crisp n golden

Sarson ka saag with makke ki roti

A winter speciality from the North Indian State of Punjab, this sabzi is made with a mix of wilted mustard and other greens. Traditionally served with makki di roti. Sarson ka saag and makki di roti is the pride of Punjab. The delicious vegetarian recipe is made with mix of healthy winter greens that are cooked till wilted, then pureed to a coarse mix and eaten with a rustic makki di roti or corn meal flatbread. Prawns Koliwada

Ingredients for Prawn Koliwada Recipe Prawns (medium) peeled and deveined 16-18 Semolina (rawa, sooji)1/2 cup Cumin powder roasted 1/2 teaspoon Red chilli powder 2 teaspoons Salt to taste Ginger paste 1 tablespoon Garlic paste 1 tablespoon Yogurt 2 tablespoon Oil for deep-frying Chaat masala 1/2 teaspoon Lemon juice 2 tablespoons Method:- Make a thick batter with the semolina, roasted cumin powder, chilli powder, salt, ginger paste, garlic paste, yogurt and two tablespoons of water. Marinate the prawns in the batter for half an hour. Heat the oil in a kadai and deep-fry the prawns till crisp on the outside. Drain on absorbent paper. Serve hot, sprinkled with chaat masala and lemon juice.

Palak Khichdi Winter special spinach recipe I used spinach(palak) in khichdi Ingredients:- 1 cup spinach (palak) puree 2 cup rice (any rice) 1 cup moong dal 1 onion roughly chopped 1 big size tomato chopped 1 teaspoon green chili paste 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste 6 7 garlic chopped 2 inch ginger thin sliced Salt to taste 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 12 to 15 curry leaves 3 dry red chili  3 tablespoons cooking oil 5 tablespoons pure ghee Method:- Soak rice n moong dal together for 1/2 hour in pressure cooker with 3cups of water Add salt n turmeric in it and cook it on 3 whistle Take wok heat oil in wok add ginger garlic paste n saute for 2 minutes on medium flame Add onion n saute till it get transparent Add tomato n saute till it get soft n turn into puree Add palak puree, green chili paste n salt(remember we already added salt  in khichdi) mix well n cook it on medium flame for 3 minutes Add dis mixture in khichdi, add 1...
