Mutton Afghani Mutton Afghani Gravy is a rich and creamy traditional dish that was first made by the Afghan people. Afghan cuisine is known world over for there amazing dishes and it eventually spread to the entire country. This mutton afghani dish takes quite a lot of time to make but i have come up with easy tricks and solutions to make it at home in easy steps. Bhuna Gosht Ka Salan What makes this mutton special the word "bhuna". Gosht Ka Salan  cooked in bawarchi style. First 80% mutton boiled with roughly sliced onion and some spices. After that we start adding spices one by one and keep sauteing until mutton dry n smell aromatic. This process take 10 to 15minutes. This salan can be paired with plain roti, paratha, naan or rice. Roasted spiced foxnuts a healthier crunchier popcorn like snack that can be made in minutes and is full of nutrients.                  Masala Makhana  Ingredients:- 2 cup foxnuts 2 tblespn clarified butter Salt as required 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1/8 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp mango powder 1/4 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp black salt Method:-  Heat 1tblespn  clarified butter in pan, roast foxnuts for 5minutes on medium flame until crunchy.
