Masala Corn

Corn is one of the most popular cereal grain in the world. These include tortillas, tortilla chips, cornmeal, corn flour and corn oil. Whole-grain corn is as healthy as any cereal grain, rich in fiber and many vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. Corn is typically yellow, but comes in a variety of other colors like red, purple and white. Ingredients:- 2 cups corn kernels boiled salt as per taste 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder 1 teaspoon red chili powder 1 teaspoon chat masala 1 tablespoon melted butter Method:- Take mixing bowl add boiled corn kernels n butter, mix well. Add all ingredients salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder and chat masala, mix it well. Transfer it in plate n garnish with mint leaves.

Moong Dal Masala

simple n easy way to serve yummy masala moong dal to your family or guest. This is pure vegeterain dal recipe which can easily prepare by few ingredients. Ingredients:- 1 cup moong Dal soaked 1 onion chopped 1 tomato chopped 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste salt as required 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon garam masala powder 1 tablespoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon dried fenugreek 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 2 tablespoons cooking oil Method:- Heat oil in deep wok n splutter cumin seeds. Add onion n saute till the color change. Add ginger-garlic paste n saute for minutes. Add tomato, salt n all spices, mix well, add little water in mixture n cook till the oil start floating all over masala. Add soaked dal in mixture with little water n dried fenugreek, now cover the lid n cook for 15 minutes on low flame in between keep sautéing.

I made this radish pickle in the month of February 2017 which is the best season in which the vegetables are available in market coz of winter season, so  I decided to make radish pickle n finally my result is here, i kept this pickle  in airtight jar n kept  in sunlight for month or u can leave this pickle jar in sunlight till the end of  summer season. Now this pickle is ready to serve anytime, it is hot  n tangy. Simple n easy recipe and this radish pickle need few ingredients. Rawa Laddu Rawa laddu is a traditional Maharashtrian sweet. Rava laddu recipe or suji ladoo recipe. A quick sweet recipe that is made with only a few ingredients like semolina, coconut, sugar, nuts and ghee/milk. A beginners recipe and needs no expertise. This ladoo can also be made without coconut, but the addition of dried coconut (copra) adds a very good aroma to the rava ladoo.
