Spicy, Tasty and Crispy Okra Recipe. It is one of the best side dish you can make with bhindi. In hindi, Kurkuri means Crisp  and  Bhindi  is  Okra . This Bhindi Fry recipe is an easy snack like recipe made with Bhindi or Okra (Lady Finger). It is great as a side dish with the combination of dal rice, sambar rice, curd-rice. I prepare to go with dal and rice .  Ingredients:- 500 grams okra (bhindi or lady finger) ½ teaspoon turmeric powder (haldi) 1 teaspoon red chili powder (lal mirch powder) 1 teaspoon coriander powder (dhaniya powder) 1 teaspoon garam masala powder (akkha masala powder) 1 teaspoon dry mango powder(amchur powder) 1 teaspoon chaat masala 4 tablespoons gram flour (besan) Salt, add as required Oil for deep fry Method:- Rinse the okra or bhindi in water for 3-4 times. Chicken Lollipop

Ingredients:- 500gm chicken lollipop pieces 1&1/2 teaspoon ginger paste 1 teaspoon ajinomoto Salt as required 1 teaspoon kashmiri red chili powder 1/4 teaspoon red food color 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce 1 tablespoon cornflour Oil for deep fry Spring onion for garnishing (optional) Mix chicken lollipop, ginger paste, salt, red chili powder, red food color,  ajinomoto, soy sauce, cornflour. Marinate chicken lollipop and keep aside for an hour. Heat oil in deep wok n deep fry all marinated chicken lollipops on low flame for 10 to 15minutes. Transfer it on absorbing paper. Plate it n garnish spring onion and serve hot with  Szechwan sauce. Chicken lollipops are ready to eat.

Badnam Puri Stuffed puris deep fried and served further stuffed with a falvourful mixed vegetable mixture. Ingredients:- 3 medium size potatoes cut into small size 6 nos cherry tomatoes cut into 2 1/3 cup green peas 1/3 cup corn kernels 6nos Broccoli florets 1/4 cup carrot sliced 3 green chilies chopped 1/3 cup curd 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon red chili powder Salt as per taste 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1 teaspoon kasuri methi 1/4 teaspoon Asaefotida 1/2 teaspoon fennel powder 1/2 cup coriander leaves 2 tablespoons cooking oil For Puri:- 1 cup wheat flour 1/2 cup semolina 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2  teaspoon fennel powder 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder Salt to taste Oil for deep fry Method:- Take mixing bowl add wheat flour, semolina, red chili powder and salt make tight dough n keep aside for 30minutes. Pyaz Tamatar Ki Chatni - Onion Tomato Chatni Pyaz tamatar ki chatni is north indian recipe which prepared on gas stove. In this recipe ingredients  used sliced onion, tomatoes, coriander and spices. I served this with dal fry- zeera rice, khichdi and paratha.  Ingredients:- 4 large size sliced onions 4 large size chopped tomatoes 2 green chilies finely chopped 1 sprig curry leaves Salt to taste 1 teaspoon red chili powder 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon garam masala powder 1 cup chopped coriander leaves 5 tablespoons cooking oil Method:- Heat oil in deep wok saute onion till it turn pink. Add tomato n saute till it get soft. Add green chilies and curry leaves n mix it. Add salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder n mix it well cover the lid n cook for 5min on low flame. In between keep sauteing.
