Pav Ka Halwa

Try this popular Indian dessert Pav Ka halwa with a twist!

Ingredients:-

6 pavs cut into pieces
1/2 litre Milk
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons chopped almonds
2 tablespoons chopped cashewnuts
1/4 teaspoon orange food color
1&1/2  cups clarified butter

Heat clarified butter in deep wok and deep fry pav pieces till it turn into golden color n crisp.
Transfer it to a plate and keep aside.

In same wok in same clarified butter add green cardamom cook it for 30minutes.

Add milk n bring it to boil.

Add sugar n saute till sugar dissolve.

Add orange food color mix it n cook for minutes.

Add fried pav, almonds, cashews, mix it and cook till pav absorb milk. Switch off the flame.

Pav Ka Halwa is ready to serve.

Serve in plate and garnish with deep fried cashews, almonds and cherries
