Hare Chane Ki Chaat
Tingle the taste bud like none other with this striking combination of green gram which cooked in flavorful spices in this recipe Hare Chane ki Chaat. Generally we used black chane but when in this season hare Chane easily available in market so must try this healthy recipe.
Ingredients:-
250gm peeled green gram
1 onion finely chopped
1 green chili chopped
1 teaspoon ginger paste
1 teaspoon garlic paste
1 sprig curry leaves
Salt as per taste
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1&1/2 teaspoon chana masala powder
1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves
3 tablespoons cooking oil
Method:-
Take 1 glass of water in pan n add green gram in it with little salt, bring it to boil and drain extra water.
Heat oil in wok splutter cumin seeds n curry leaves.
Add onion n saute till it transparent.
Add ginger garlic paste n cook till it done.
Add chana masala powder with half cup of water and cook till oil starts floating on all over masala.
Add green chilies, boiled green gram n mix it.
Add coriander leaves n mix it .
Add salt in it n mix it well. Cook on low flame only.
Plate it n garnish with chopped onion, coriander leaves and lemon slice.
Hare Chane Ki Chaat is ready to eat.
Tips - If you don't have chana masala powder so use common spices like coriander powder, turmeric powder and little bit garam masala powder.
