Bread Modak  Modak is an Indian sweet popular in Maharashtra and in many parts of India. The sweet filling on the inside of a modak consists of freshly grated coconut and jaggery while the outer soft shell is made from rice flour or wheat flour mixed with khoya/Khowa or maida flour. The modak can be fried or steamed but in this video I m sharing my most favourite modak recipe. Yes it's Bread Modak which is too good in taste and really easy to make. No one can guess that what main ingredients we use to make. It's doesn't take much time to prepare. So let's learn how to make bread modak. Besan Ke Laddu  Besan Ke Laddu is an Indian dessert usually made during festive times. Besan ke laddu made from gram flour besan roast in ghee and flavoured with powdered sugar and cardamom powder and Bind or shaped into a tight balls. You can easily make these laddu on any festival or any special occasions. It doesn't take much time to prepare. Besan Ke Laddu  INGREDIENTS:- 60gm clarified butter 125gm Gram flour 1/2 cup powdered sugar 1/2 tsp cardamom powder Some Saffron strands Method:- In a thick heavy bottomed nonstick pan heat ghee. Once the ghee begins to melt and extremely hot, add besan. Mix well continuously. Make sure the ghee is combined well with besan. Stir continuously and roast besan for atleast 15minutes on low flame and also break the lumps. Keep stirring till the besan turns aromatic. And also wait for besan to change colour to golden brown.
