Chicken Long Green Beans

Chicken long green beans cooked with few ingredients in very less time. We can serve this as aappetizer or starter.

Ingredients:-
10nos long green beans (cut into 3)
250gm boneless chicken (cut into small pieces)
1 tablespoon all purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon cornflour melted in 3 tablespoons water (optional)
1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger
5 garlic pods finely chopped
2 white onion from spring onion (each cut into 2)
1 teaspoon soy sauce
Salt as required
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 teaspoon sugar
Oil for deep fry+1 tablespoon oil
Method:-
Heat oil n deep fry long green beans in heated oil when it get soft transfer it to a plate.
Now take all purpose flour in plate coat chicken pieces n deep fry till it done. Transfer it on absorbing paper.
Now heat oil in wok add ginger garlic in it n saute for 30seconds on medium flame.
Add onion n saute for 30sec on low flame.
Add fried long green beans and saute.
Add salt, soy sauce, sugar and black pepper powder. Mix it well.
Now add cornflour (which we prepared earlier with little water) n mix it well. If you skip this then U have to add 2 to 3 tablespoons water.
Add fried Chicken in it n keep mixing for minute on low flame.
Serve this hot with any chinese sauces u like.
