Bread Gulajamun

Bread gulab jamun Gulab jamuns prepared with bread and milk are as delicious as gulab jamuns prepared with mawa.   Ingredients:- 5 breadslice 1/2 cup milk 1tblespn corn flour 1 cup sugar  2cups water 3 green cardamom Oil for fry Method:- Cut the edges of bread. Soak bread in milk n take  out  n remove excess milk. Grind soaked bread in mixer and transfer it to a plate, add cornflour n mix well. In another wok make sugar syrup (sugar+water) add cardamom  in it. Take lemon size portion from mixture n fry all the gulabjamun in heated oil n cook till it become brown in color. Tranfer it in sugar syrup Garnish with dry fruits

Paneer Stir Fry Paneer cooked in tomatoes, veggies n flavorful spices. 250gm paneer {cut into pieces} 1/2 cup green peas 1 Capsicum cut into pieces 8 nos cherry tomatoes 1 large onion finely chopped 1 large tomato finely chopped 1 teaspoon ginger paste 1 teaspoon garlic paste 1 green chili Salt as per taste 1 teaspoon red chili powder 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder 2 tablespoons chopped coriander leaves 3 tablespoons cooking oil Method:- Heat oil in wok, add onion n saute till it get transparent. Add ginger garlic paste n saute for minute on low flame. Add tomatoes and green chilies mix it. Add salt, red chili, coriander powder, turmeric powder and garam masala powder mix it add little water n saute well. Cook till oil starts floating on all over masala. Hare Chane Ki Chaat Tingle the taste bud like none other with this striking combination of green gram which cooked in flavorful spices  in this recipe Hare Chane ki Chaat. Generally we used black chane but when in this season hare Chane easily available in market so must  try this healthy recipe. Ingredients:- 250gm peeled green gram 1 onion finely chopped 1 green chili chopped 1 teaspoon ginger paste 1 teaspoon garlic paste 1 sprig curry leaves Salt as per taste 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds 1&1/2 teaspoon chana masala powder 1 tablespoon chopped coriander leaves 3 tablespoons cooking oil Method:- Take 1 glass of water in pan n add green gram in it with little salt, bring it to boil and drain extra water. Rose Shape Veg Momos Awesome rose shape momos filled with cottage cheese, onion, cabbage, spices and red hot garlic chili chutney. Ingredients:- 1 cup all purpose flour 1 cup paneer 1 onion finely chopped 1 cup cabbage finely chopped 1 green chili chopped Salt to taste 2 tablespoons cooking oil + for greasing Method:- Heat oil in pan add onion, cabbage and saute for minute on high flame. Add green chili, paneer and salt mix it well and saute for minute. Keep aside. Now take maida add little salt in it n make soft dough by adding little water. Roll and cut into 7 pieces. Take 1 piece make ball n roll it thin cut 3 round pieces with the help of  round cookies cutter. Keep  sides by sides press the sides fill mixture in centre. Fold it n roll it. Rose shape momos r ready to go in steamer. Heat steamer and grease plate n steam momos for 15 minutes on low flame.
