Achari Baigan

Achari Baingan Recipe or Pickled aubergine recipe – An easy Punjabi sabji made with baingan (aubergine) flavored with spices typically used in indian pickles. The name Achari Baingan literally means Pickled Eggplant or aubergine. “Achar” means pickle in Hindi. But inspite of its name, in the recipe of achari baingan we have not used pickle of any kind. Instead we use all the spices such as coriander seeds, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds etc. The flavour of this achari baingan sabji is spicy, tangy and has beautiful aroma of pickle spices. Fried Soy Chicken

Cuisine : Chinese Soy Chicken Fry Soy chicken fry is very popular  chinese  recipe which cooked with very few  ingredients n in less oil. Ingredients:- 4 whole chicken legs 4 tablespoon dark soya sauce 2 teaspoon black pepper powder Little salt 1/2 cup oil or as per required How to make soya chicken fry:- Slit all chicken n marinate with soya sauce, black pepper powder n salt, keep aside for 30minutes. Take a pan add oil on a high flame n oil start smoking add chicken n cook again on high flame for 5minutes both side Now medium flame and cover with lid for 5minute. Now remove lid again cook on medium flame in between sprinkle or spray water otherwise it will burn. After chicken turn crispy it will be ready to serve.

Chicken La Zi Ji

Cuisine: Chinese Serve: 4-5 Method: Boiled Chicken La Zi Ji Is Hot, It's  Dramatic, It's Spicy. Usually dried red chili peppers just about cover the chicken when it’s presented at the table, and dinners have to pick through and search for the meat. I wasn’t a fan of this. It just seemed like a waste of chilies. I’ve made adjustments accordingly to my recipe, while still (hopefully) achieving the dramatic look this dish deserves. Rose Milk Falooda This popular recipe uses readily available falooda along with rose syrup, dryfriuts, rose petals and cooling garden cress seeds. Enjoy this drink chilled in holy month of Ramzan or on a hot summer day! Ingredients:- 500ml milk (boiled n chilled) 1/2 cup rose syrup 1 packet falooda (available readymade in market) 2 tablespoons chopped dryfruits 1 tablespoons rose petals Some icecubes Method:- Take ice cubes in large mixing bowl. Gosht Yakhni Pulao is a flavorful rice preparation where long grain basmati rice is cooked in a stock made with Mutton and flavorful spices.
