Upma is healthy n delicous recipe

No mood to stay in kitchen for long time
That's y I made delicious upma within 10mins
An Easy and Yummilicuos

Ingredients:-

1 cup roasted semolina (sooji)
2 1/2 cup water
1 onion roughly chopped (pyaz)
1 strip curry leaves (curry patta)
2 green chilies cut into small pieces (hari mirch)
15nos groundnut
1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds (zeera)
1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds (rai)
Salt as required (namak)
2 tablespoons roughly chopped coriander leaves (hara dhania)
3 tablespoons cooking oil

Method:-

Heat oil in wok add cumin n mustard and let them splutter
Add curry leaves, onion, groundnut n green chilies let them cook till onion get transculent
Add semolina, salt n water mix it well and keep sauteing
Add coriander leaves n serve hot with your fav chutney, sauce or lemon
