Tandoori Chicken Legs piece fry
Be a kid or a teenage or an adult or an oldie, chicken lovers trend all over the world at all times! One meat that is a favourite of all beyond belief! When cooked, it can be presented in many guises. Sauté it, fry it, toss it, bake it, steam it – eat it the way you want to. Whatever its form may be upon being cooked, its flavour may change but its flesh remains high in protein, low in fat and can be digested easily.
Fried Chicken Legs Piece
Ingredients:-
2 legs piece
2 tablespoons hung curd
6 to 8 garlic pods
1 inch ginger
8 to 10 dried red chillies
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1/2 teaspoon all spices powder
2 pinch red food color
Oil for deep fry
1 lemon
1 onion sliced
1/2 cup cabbage finely sliced
1 carrot finely sliced
Method:-
Grind into fine paste (ginger, garlic n dried chillies)
Wash n clean chicken legs piece n make cuts on it with the help of knife
In bowl take ginger, garlic n dried chillies paste, hung curd, salt, red chili powder, all spices powder, red food color and mix well the mixture
Marinate chicken and refrigerate it for 2hours
Heat oil in deep wok, put marinated chicken in it and fry from all the sides for 10 to 12mins on low flame
Do the same with other legs piece
Serve hot with sliced onion, cabbage , carrot n lemon
