Mushroom Tikka
This recipe is for the mushroom lovers
U just need to marinate the mushrooms n den have to grilled
Ingredients:-
20 Button mushrooms
1 Capsicum (cut into cube size)
1 tomato (cut into cube size)
1 onion (cut into cube size)
7 to 8 garlic pods
1 inch ginger
3 to 4 green chilli
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon chat masala
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
2 to 3 tablespoons Oil
Method:-
Make a fine paste of garlic, ginger n green chilli
Take paste in mixing bowl and add all the ingredients of marination and mix well
Marinate mushroom, onion, capsicum and tomato, keep aside for hour
Take screwer n apply oil on it
Set marinated ingredients as same as shown in pic
Heat oil on nonstick pan pour little oil n fry mushroom tikka for 5 to 7 minutes on medium flame
Serve with salads and green chutney
Ready to eat
