Garlic Paneer | Paneer Starter | Grilled Garlic Paneer

Garlic paneer is a very tasty starter recipe.It can be prepared in less time and with less effort.My husband and daughter enjoyed eating it. I took 200 grams of paneer or cottage cheese for this recipe. If you love to eat garlic flavour dishes so this is perfect recipe for you. Ingredients:- 200gm paneer (cut into cube size) 1 teaspoon garlic powder 2 tablespoons all purpose flour Salt as per taste 1 teaspoon red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon oregano (optional) 3 tablespoons water 3 tablespoons + 1 tablespoon cooking oil Method:- Take all purpose flour, garlic powder, salt, black pepper powder, red chili powder and oregano in large mixing bowl. Mix all the ingredients well. Now add 1 tablespoons oil and water in it and make smooth paste. Marinate paneer cube size pieces in prepared paste for 15 to 30minutes. Anjeer Barfi

15 nos chopped Anjeer 15 nos deseeded Dates 2 tablespoons Raisins 3 tablespoons chopped Almonds 3 tablespoons chopped Cashewnuts 3 tablespoons chopped Pistachios 1 tablespoons Melon seeds 2 tablespoons Clarified Butter Method:- Take anjeer, dates and raisins in mixer grinder jar. Grind it till it done. Transfer it to a plate and keep aside. Heat 1 tablespoons clarified butter in nonstick pan, fry almonds, cashewnuts, pistachios and melon seeds on low flame till it turn into light brown. Transfer it to a plate. Add 1 tablespoon clarified butter in same pan. Now add prepared anjeer mixture (prepared earlier) in it and add fried dryfruits. Mix it really well, saute it for minute on low flame. Switch off the flame. Grease the barfi tin n fill the mixture. Refrigerate it for 2 hours or let it set on room temperature. Suggestion:- You can also add dessicated coconut in it with dryfruits.
