This No fire/Gas/Cooking recipe will help you to make a delicious kaju modak at home. It doesn't take too much time to prepare. Just grind the cashewnuts into fine powder, mix all the ingredients, bind and shape it using modak mould. So let's learn how to make Kaju Modak. Ingredients:- 250gm Cashewnuts 1/2 cup Milk Powder 1/3 cup Powdered Sugar 2-3 tblespn Milk (For Binding) Method:- In mixer jar grind cashew nuts into a fine powder. Now sieve it in mixing bowl. Add milk powder and powdered sugar and mix all together. Add little by little milk until it start binding, make dough. Now prepare modak using modak mould. Kaju modak or cashew modak are ready to serve.
